Welcome to the Basketball Barry Page.
Hi, My name is Basketball Barry, I'm a cartoon character
who helps young people make the right choices through
their everyday lifes. I work in various different schools
from Primary schools, Secondary and an EBD School. EBD stands for Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. My educational module last for between 4 to 7 weeks (Half Term)
A Basketball Barry session lasts for 1 hour 30 mins. 45 minutes completing educational work and then 45 minutes playing basketball. During the basketball session the young people are taught the basic fundementals of basketball whilst learning how to work together in a team, build self esteem and have fun.

The young people at the school read these books and complete the variuos educational tasks that go with the module. Some tasks include: Internet Research, Crosswords, Storyboards, Poster Designs, Factssheets, Survey question and answers plus many more.
After the module is complete all the young people receive a Basketball Barry certificate and a badge. Plus the best boy and girl for effort in educational work receive a Basketball Barry key ring also the best boy and girl in practical basketball session receive Basketball Barry pen. That's not all the overall MVP (Most Valuable Player) receives certificate, Badge, Pen, Key ring and a Basketball Barry Ruler.
